Even our greatest and brightest sometimes fall under the spell of big cereal bucks. Ewan McGregor, George Clooney and Julia Roberts have all gone to Japan to be mesmerized – away from the western gaze (see Japander), while in the 60s they just did it in their own backyards hoping folks wouldn’t notice!

This whole excercise was to remain anonymous for the Stones but it’s so obvious that it’s Mick Jagger’s voice. Well, so obvious now, maybe not so obvious in 1963…
