Hollywood Blockbusters as Russian Fairy Tales

When you first look at Andrey Kuznetsov’s illustrations and try to put them into the context of Hollywood film, it’s a bit overwhelming, yet equally compelling.

At this moment in time, the collective seems to have guessed all fifteen illustrations (with a few debates here and there) with the exceptions of #9 & #11. It’s driving me mad, especially #9, which as a piece of art on its own is pretty fun. I like it, but damn it – what Hollywood film does it portray?
